Acctitude Business Solutions has been supplying, customizing, implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, formerly known as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, since 2007.
We have deployed Dynamics Business Central for 45 companies, located throughout Namibia and in Cape Town, and continue to enjoy an excellent relationship with all of them. Over the years we have developed a sound understanding of business processes, project management, accounting practice, and IT infrastructure. Our Process

The Analysis phase represents the official start of the implementation. This phase defines the activities required to initiate and effectively plan the entire project. In this phase we review and document the current system and process, engage with stakeholders and identify shortcomings. Following the project kick off, the project planning team begins the finalization of the project plan. This is approved by the customer and forms the basis of the entire project.

During the Design phase we define how to implement the business requirements. Included is configuration of the overall Microsoft solution and the design of specific customizations that are necessary to satisfy business requirements identified during the Analysis phase. The customizations can range from simple user interface or report modifications to complex functionality additions or modifications. Risk management continues to play an important role in the management of the project. To properly create mitigation plans, we confirm existing risks and identify new ones weekly and update the project accordingly.

The goal of the development phase is to build and test the system. The development phase also involves ongoing project management activities to manage risks and issues, communications, change requests, and project plan updates.

The Deployment phase is where all the efforts of the project team come together for a successful transition to the new Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution. Key activities in this phase include End User Training, Performance Testing and User Acceptance Testing, and the actual move to the new production environment.

We provide on-going support throughout the duration of the use of our system. Support is provided through on-site visits, as well as remotely via telephone, email, skype and remote access tools such as teamviewer. This can be on an ad-hoc basis or covered under an SLA.
